Knee Pain
Common sports related knee conditions include jumpers knee, pain behind the knee, lateral knee pain and cartilage tears. Outer knee pain and stiffness with knee pain at night can also cause significant problems for many of us.

Hip Pain
Hip pain can often seem confusing because the pain that comes from the actual hip joint is usually felt deep in the groin region and not in the buttock or outer thigh area - two areas that people commonly refer to as their "hip". Hip flexor pain is also often seen in both sports participants and in older patients with arthritis problems related to the joint. Hip pain in women can have different causes from the same symptom in men.
